Parkwind — CREG Reporting tool
A reporting tool for Parkwind's offshore wind farms that takes monthly production data from raw logs to a validated report for the energy regulator, CREG.
The challenge
Every month, Parkwind has to report the production of its offshore wind farms to CREG, the Belgian energy regulator. That meant checking data loads, filling gaps in missing data, finalising the numbers, getting them validated and submitting them on time, with a clear record of who did what.
What BEDJA STUDIO did
BEDJA STUDIO designed the tool around that monthly flow. The dashboard shows the data load log and the gap filling log side by side, with errors, warnings and information flagged and acknowledged one by one, and filters to focus on what still needs attention.
Next to the logs, a three-step tracker (finalise month, validate, submit to CREG) shows who completed each step and when. Production per string is compared with the previous month in a chart, and the finalised report lists what is carried over from last month and to the next. The tool works on desktop and on mobile.
The outcome
A tool that turns a monthly compliance job into a clear, traceable flow, from raw data to a report submitted to CREG.
