Mobiflow — Mobility as a Service

The challenge

Mobiflow is part of Optimile NV, a company that builds mobility and EV charging solutions. A lot of the BEDJA STUDIO work for Optimile went into its internal platforms for charge point operators (CPO) and mobility service providers (MSP). Mobiflow is the client-facing side of that ecosystem: the app where travellers and employees use it every day.

People who move around Belgium juggle a separate app for every operator: one for the bus, one for the train, one for shared bikes, another for charging the car. Employees with a mobility budget have to keep track of their expenses on top of that.

What BEDJA STUDIO did

BEDJA STUDIO designed one app around the way people actually travel. A short onboarding explains the three pillars (mobility, route planning and administration) and asks which transport you own and which shared services you use, so the home screen fits from day one.

The home screen brings everything together: tickets from De Lijn, NMBS, TEC and Velo; a smart route planner with planned and completed trips; EV charging stats for your car; nearby partners and services on a map; your balance across private wallet, professional wallet and mobility budget; and a level system that rewards sustainable choices. Users can rearrange the view to suit them.

The outcome

A complete app design, from onboarding to home screen and ticketing, plus the website that launched it on the App Store and Google Play: charge your electric car, buy a public transport ticket or use shared mobility, all from one app.
