Who is responsible

BEDJA STUDIO is a design-led product and venture studio founded by Jafar Bedja and based in Belgium. BEDJA STUDIO is responsible for the personal data you share through this website.

What is collected

Only what you send through the contact form or the living asset map: your name and email address and, if you add them, your company, phone number and message, plus the options you select. BEDJA STUDIO does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not build visitor profiles.

Why it is used

To reply to your message and, if you want to work together, to prepare and discuss a proposal. This happens at your request and in BEDJA STUDIO’s legitimate interest of answering business enquiries.

Who processes it

Messages are received and stored by Netlify, the service that hosts this website, on behalf of BEDJA STUDIO. Netlify is based in the United States and protects transfers with the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Netlify also keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and secure the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers. BEDJA STUDIO never sells your details or shares them with anyone else.

How long it is kept

As long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless you start working together.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, at any time. Send your request through the contact form and BEDJA STUDIO replies within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
