Ortelius — AI for the logistics supply chain
AI software that digitalises the logistics supply chain: one connected platform for ports, forwarders, warehouses and carriers, from request to revenue.

The challenge
Logistics moves a $10 trillion industry, yet much of it still runs on emails, phone calls and spreadsheets. Requests, quotes and documents are scattered across inboxes, data sits in systems that don't talk to each other, and the people in the middle do a huge amount of manual work. That makes supply chains slow, opaque and exposed to fraud and disruption.
At the same time the rules are tightening. EU regulations such as eFTI and the European Maritime Single Window push the whole sector to go digital.
What BEDJA STUDIO did
Ortelius was founded to bring interoperability to logistics. BEDJA STUDIO designed the brand and the product suite end to end, from the first MVP to a platform with AI at its core.
The suite has three products that feed each other. TWIN is an interactive digital twin of logistics operations: port intelligence and matchmaking that sends one request to many ports, storage providers and cargo planners, and connects to WMS, TMS and FMS systems. QUEST turns scattered requests for information into structured requests for quotes in one branded portal, with requests, chat, documents, call transcripts, dynamic quotes and success metrics in one place. PCS, a port community system and marketplace, connects everyone around a port so they can work as one.
Together they form a self-reinforcing growth loop, carried by a campaign with one simple promise: Give your people superpowers.
The outcome
Ortelius took its MVP to the IAPH World Ports Conference in Abu Dhabi in 2023, soft-launched at the World Ports Conference in Hamburg in 2024, and joined the FIATA Digital Lab and FIATA's headquarters in Geneva in 2025, and went on to the FIATA World Congress in Vietnam with a blueprint for digital port ecosystems and international supply chains. Along the way the company built a team of developers, designers and AI engineers.
Ortelius also appeared in Ports & Harbors, in the September–October 2024 issue.
