Intraverde — the flower box that becomes a vase
A delivery box for fresh bouquets that opens into its own vase and stand, so the flowers arrive ready to put on display.
The challenge
Intraverde delivers fresh bouquets to homes and offices. The box had to protect the flowers on the way, carry the brand to the door, and be more than packaging that goes straight into the bin.
What BEDJA STUDIO did
BEDJA STUDIO designed a tapered box with a hinged lid and a folded insert that holds the bouquet upright during transport. Open the lid and the insert comes out as a vase. Set it on top of the closed box and the box becomes a pedestal.
BEDJA STUDIO explored five variants of the form, rendered the box in white and in kraft with the Intraverde branding, and built a corrugated-cardboard prototype to test it with real bouquets.
The outcome
A working prototype in corrugated cardboard, tested with real bouquets: the box protects the flowers in transit and turns into a vase and stand on arrival.
